Celebrate the joy of storytelling with Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity and Dragon Song Productions at our special World Book Day event on Saturday, 1st March 2025.
Step into a world of wonder as we bring stories to life with live readings, original songs, and delightful puppetry—all in support of young patients at Glasgow Children’s Hospital.
Event Highlights:

Magical Songs from the stage productions that inspired the books.
Charming Handmade Puppets to bring the stories to life.
Costume Fun – Dress up as your favourite book character or borrow one on the day!
Goody Bags (kindly donated by Tesco, St Rollox, Springburn) for all participants
Event Details:
- Location: Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow
- Session 1: 11:30am – 12:30pm
Session 2: 1:30pm – 2:30pm - Spaces are limited – 20 children per session
- £5 donation per child (includes goody bag)
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
