Media Consent Form

By completing our Media Consent Form, you are providing your consent for pictures of your child and details about their hospital journey to be shared as per your preferences.

We want you to be aware that images published online are therefore in the public domain and can be reshared without permission.

By allowing us to share your story and images it helps to spread awareness about our cause and we are so grateful for your trust and support.

Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity will keep images for a two year period from signing this form. After which time, they will be securely and permanently destroyed from our filing systems.
