Lap the Map - Your Data

Learn how your data will be handled when you register for Lap the Map with Team Edinburgh

Your personal data will be used by both Edinburgh Children's Hospital Charity (ECHC) and Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity (GCHC) for the purposes of this registration for the Lap the Map event, which is a collaboration between GCHC and ECHC.

ECHC and GCHC are separate organisations and therefore each are independently responsible for their own compliance with the 2018 Data Protection Act and GDPR.

Your data will be passed and processed to ECHC, and securely deleted by GCHC after one month. ECHC will seek further consent from you to use your personal data for any future contact beyond the processing necessary for the Lap the Map Event.
