Haytham Kubba
Haytham Kubba is an Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon specialising in the care of the child. Haytham is one of only a handful of ENT surgeons in the UK who work exclusively with infants and children. He is actively engaged in research and teaching, running courses and speaking regularly at national and international meetings.
In 2010, Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity gave Haytham and his team over £100,000 of funding for the provision of a specialised ENT suite in the Outpatients Department at the children's hospital.
Each of the suite's three rooms contain state of the art ENT monitors and microscopes which help Haytham and his colleagues treat over 11,000 children every year.
Haytham often helps to raise the profile of Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity by speaking at our events and appearing in our promotional and marketing materials.
Haytham says: “I see first-hand the impact that Glasgow Children's Hospital has and am delighted to be an official Ambassador for the charity. Without the support of Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity a lot of the services and equipment that are available, would not exist.”
